“The timing was bad” – AY clears air on bad joke about Davido fathering many children

For the first time, comedian AY has finally discussed his joke about Davido that went viral and earned him taunts and curses from his followers.

Recall when AY made a delicate joke on stage regarding Davido’s capacity to conceive a lot of children despite having a small manhood in a now-viral video.

AY stated in an interview with Toke Makinwa that he had told the joke to a crowd while on a tour and that it was one of the funniest parts of his performance.

He however added that Amaju Pinnick’s criticism of Davido for a debt coincided with the video’s viral success, making the response odd and untimely.

Although Davido responded in a way that shows he was unbothered about the joke, AY continued, it didn’t stop his fans, who see themselves as his messiah and defender, from attacking him.

Additionally, he claimed that the joke was exaggerated by sensationalism, the devilish headlines bloggers attacked it with, and the lack of investigation by Nigerians.
